1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

• Delivery regions: We currently ship worldwide.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our "Track Your Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Avenell is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@avenell.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
